WE MAKE IT EASY TO CONSIGN

Consignment at French Courtyard is simple. We accept items that are high quality, excellent condition and fit current décor trends. We also love antiques. Beautiful antiques are a treasure especially when shared. Each consignment piece on our showroom floor is hand selected. We do not accept worn, dirty or stained pieces.

SUBMISSION 

Email photos of your items with as many details you feel will be helpful to sell the item/s to shop@frenchcourtyard.com. Details should include at the minimum, dimensions of your item and manufacturer, if known. We cannot accept furniture consignments without pictures.

APPROVAL

French Courtyard will evaluate your item(s) by the information and photographs that you provide, but we reserve the right to request to see your item in person before setting a price. We will notify you within three business days if we see a market for your item.

PRICING/AGREEMENT

French Courtyard always prices merchandise fairly, offering value to both consignors and customers. The French Courtyard agreement is for one hundred and twenty (120) days for furniture and (60) days for accessories.

Merchandise is accepted on a fifty-fifty (50%-50%) split of the selling price of an item.

Consignor agrees not to list the item(s) with any form of advertising (including social media) while item is in the possession of the store. If item is listed online or any other form of advertising, the price of the item will be adjusted at the sole discretion of the store.

PAYMENT

Consignors are paid on the 15th of the month after the month of sale. Checks are to be picked up at the store. Checks are held in the store for three (3) months after being printed. If the check is not picked up by the customer within three (3) months of check being printed, all funds are forfeited and checks are voided. When items sell, the store DOES NOT call Consignors. It is the sole responsibility of Consignors to call about the sale of their items.
